Pack of 3
Buzzer pupae form the staple food of reservoir trout and this is one of the most commonly encounter patterns.
When the trout are rising to hatch of buzzers fish three on the leader and wait for some firm pulls. Fish them static on a floating line with the flies held just beneath the surface film, recovering only sufficient line to keep in touch. Buzzers can also be fished as part of a team of nymphs.
