At the beginning of Fast Flies journey, we always wanted to get the younger generation into fishing. So when we were asked to sponsor Tweedstart plus we jumped at the chance to help out. We donated some money and training to provide equipment, so Tweedstart could take 10 young people aged between 10-17 to be taught how to fish. There were professional instructors who taught fly casting as well as how to fish rivers and still waters effectively and safely. Fast Flies, have always wanted to help and encourage the younger generation into fishing. We are very excited to be working with The Tweed Foundation on a new programme they are starting next month.    We have donated prizes & £300 which will provide vital fishing equipment. Giving our young fishers the proper foundation for the future.
